Today a super fast and super good special recipe , chicken stir fry with asparagus with our delicious Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP BIO Florindo . Absolutely to try!

Ingredienti

  • 250 gr Chicken Breast
  • 400 gr Asparagus
  • 40 gr Sesame seeds
  • 100 gr Flour
  • Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI as required
  • Extra virgin olive oil as required
  • Salt as needed

  • Chopping board
  • Knife
  • Steaming pot

    Clean the excellent asparagus, also removing the thorns. Steam them for a couple of minutes, leaving them firm. Meanwhile, cut and flour the chicken nuggets.

  • Stir fry cooking

    Put plenty of extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick pan and when hot add the floured chicken.

    Meanwhile, toast the sesame seeds over low heat to release their flavor.

    Brown the chicken well, add salt and pepper. Cut the asparagus and add them to the pan with the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and a drop of water. Cook over high heat.

    Add sesame seeds, drizzle of oil and make two more sautées in the pan.

    Serve, add another drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and oil. Finish with two slices of bread. Enjoy your meal!
