Preparation of ingredients
Clean the excellent asparagus, also removing the thorns. Steam them for a couple of minutes, leaving them firm. Meanwhile, cut and flour the chicken nuggets.

Stir fry cooking
Put plenty of extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick pan and when hot add the floured chicken.
Meanwhile, toast the sesame seeds over low heat to release their flavor.
Brown the chicken well, add salt and pepper. Cut the asparagus and add them to the pan with the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and a drop of water. Cook over high heat.
