Shipping methods, order management, delivery times and costs
The products present in the Pramarzoni Morena Azienda Agricola Biologica Shop are shipped via Express Courier and it is possible to order up to a maximum of 100kg of products for each order.
The standard cost of delivery is €10.00 for each delivery, it is possible not to pay the delivery cost by reaching the minimum spending threshold indicated. You will receive the products within the delivery period of 2-5 working days from the day the order is placed, as indicated on the site during the purchase procedure.

What happens if the courier failed to deliver the package to me?

When will I receive the package?
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email from us containing instructions for tracking the package. As indicated during the purchase process, you will receive the package within a maximum of 5 working days from when you placed the order. It is possible, however, that you may receive the package even earlier. We remind you that deliveries are made on working days, excluding Saturdays.

Can I pay on delivery?
No, it is not possible to pay on delivery, it is necessary to make payment in advance using the payment methods made available on the Site (e.g. credit card, Paypal, prepaid card used on the Visa and Mastercard circuits)
I can pay with bank transfer?
No, it is not possible to pay by bank transfer, payments are only accepted via the Site by credit card or PayPal or by prepaid card using the Visa and Mastercard circuits.
I don't have a credit card, how can I order?
It is not necessary to have a credit card to make a purchase, it is sufficient to have a rechargeable PayPal account or a prepaid card that runs on the Mastercard or Visa circuit.
I received a damaged or incorrect product, what can I do?
